BACK-TO-SCHOOL
Back-to-school is a time of excitement and nervousness for all students of the country…and even for our two new Canadian astronauts: Jenni and Joshua!
Fall announces the start of classes for many Canadian students. Across the country, kids are getting ready to acquire new knowledge, to make new friends and to discover the unknown!
Not only will the kids of this country experience this exciting time. For Jenni and Joshua, our two new Canadian astronauts, it’s also back-to-school!
They are about to begin the two-year basic training required for each recruit of the Canadian Space Agency. This training aims to equalize levels of knowledge and skills among all astronaut trainees.
It will take place at the NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas and at the offices of the Canadian Space Agency in St-Hubert, Quebec.
You can see the excitement in their faces that mirrors the shared feeling by all Canadian students at this time of year!
