SUMMER DAY

CAMP 2018

The Cosmodome day camp provides an opportunity for 6-13-year-olds to be introduced to the world of outer space, to astronautics and even to space exploration careers! Through the three themes offered on a rotating basis, all summer long, the participants will enjoy a unique, immersive experience in a spectacular setting!

REGISTRATION PERIOD STARTS ON JANUARY 1ST, 2018

For: 6-13-year-olds
No. of groups:
age : 2 or 3 groups of 10 youngsters
age 7-8: 2 or 3 groups of 12 youngsters
age 9-13: 2 or 3 groups of 14 youngsters
Dates: June 25 – August 24, 2018
Schedule: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (daycare: 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.)
Fees: $225 per week (daycare included)

Special activities:
6-8-year-olds : on Wednesdays.
9-13-year-olds : outings on Thursdays.

Every week:

  • Arts and crafts projects to bring home
  • 2 simulators for 9-year-olds and over, motor skills workshops for 6-8-year-olds
  • Space food tasting
  • Virtual mission
  • Space shuttle visit

ROBOTICS CHALLENGE CAMP

(2 nights, 9-13-year-olds)
Does your youngster love robotics? Give him a chance to take up the challenge of assembling and programming a robot that can move on Mars, detour around obstacles and perform a series of remote-controlled moves. At the end of the camp stay, your child’s robot will go against the robots built by the other teams.
